As a Hoagie Maker at Primo hoagies, you'll be the heart of our kitchen — crafting fresh, hand-packed hoagies with care and precision. You'll prepare ingredients, follow our signature recipes, maintain food safety standards, and deliver every order with pride. No prior experience required; we'll train you from day one.

The Shift Supervisor at Primohoagies leads a team of 4–8 staff members during peak service hours, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and a positive customer experience. You'll open/close the store, manage inventory levels, handle escalated customer concerns, and uphold the high standards that define our primo brand every shift.

As the face of Primo hoagies, you'll greet every guest with a warm smile, take orders accurately using our POS system, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied. You'll also assist with keeping the front-of-house clean, stocked, and welcoming. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are the most important qualities we're looking for.

Our Kitchen Prep Cook is responsible for preparing fresh ingredients daily — slicing meats, portioning proteins, prepping vegetables, and ensuring everything is ready before service begins. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency, freshness, and the quality standards that define every primo hoagies sandwich we serve.

Lead the entire Primo hoagies location as our Store Manager. You'll oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and food costs, coordinate vendor relationships, and champion our brand culture from top to bottom. We're looking for a driven leader with a passion for food service and experience managing teams of 15 or more employees in a fast-paced environment.
